Empath Class Description
If you're like me, for years I didn't know what an Empath was, let alone that I was one. This left me feeling affected by who I was, without me knowing what was happening. I didn't understand my experiences and because of this I didn't know how to respond to them.
Thankfully, life as an Empath has become one of my greatest strengths, blessings and joy. The difference between where I was and where I am is knowledge. I've spent the last 15 years learning about being an Empath through books, classes, events, courses, etc.
Knowledge is power, because the more you know, the more choices you have, and when you have choices, you have the ability to be free. By learning about myself and my gifts I have given myself the peace of mind that comes from freedom to choose my life.

Mentor Program Description
Life as an Empath Mentor Program is an opportunity to go deeper into the content that I share in my Empath Class. The Empath Class is a great place to begin learning about being an Empath. The Mentor Program is a great place to discover yourself as an Empath.
In this program I am able to continue sharing the vast wealth of information I have gained through personal study and experience as an Empath. This will help you grow in your knowledge about Empaths and I will also be able to help you understand what being an Empath means for you personally.
This Mentor Program is a series of two hour Zoom classes that will take place twice a month for two months. I will share content with you in a group setting. During the call as you receive content you will also be able to ask questions to grow in your self awareness and have conversations in a group environment with other individuals who are having similar experiences in life. This can further empower you to move from being affected by your Empathic gifts in ways that are causing you to stumble on your path in life to moving towards living with your gifts in productive harmonious ways that bring you joy.
It also includes access to a private Facebook group for Empaths. A safe space for Empaths in all walks of life to come together and create community. This group was created with the desire to support Empaths through education, awareness and connection. As Empaths not knowing who we are and not understanding our gifts can cause pain, fear, doubt and suffering. It is my great hope that this community can alleviate the loneliness and feelings that no one understands through a loving and supportive community of people who are were you are and who want connection and information that can help shine a light in the dark.
I believe that self love is the birthing ground for Christ consciousness, the Buddha mind, and Spiritual Awakening. Let us come together in love and rise into the fullness of our gifts becoming who we know we are and desire to be in our hearts and souls that we may radiate light into the world so that the world may heal through love. Every journey begins with one step and so does turning on a light begin with one choice to take action. Choose to love yourself that you may be the light in the world that shines the way to healing.
